CORE is a style of sophisticated bodywork that looks to achieve a better sense of balance and ease of Movement in the body. Clients who have difficulty with posture, chronic pain, restriction of movement, or a sense of unease in their body often feel that CORE helps them find a way back to integration. CORE consists of 5 sessions - this system is designed to systematically balance and optimize both the structure (shape) and function (movement) of the entire body.
