I’m the proud owner of Legacy Massage, which I founded in 2015.

Over the years, I’ve been truly blessed to do this work and witness the amazing progress my clients make. Helping people move out of pain, regain mobility, and get back to the activities they love is what fuels my passion every day.​

A little about me personally—I’m originally from Southern Utah, now happily rooted in Kansas City with my wonderful family. I’m married to the love of my life, Michael, who’s currently finishing his PhD in Chemistry (I’ll stick to massage! 😉). Together we have a lively household with my 5-year-old daughter and two awesome step Kids, ages 8 and 10.

I love my job and helping people with massage. My speciality is to work with people with chronic pain, jaw pain, nasal problems, and provide scar therapy. I am also certified in CORE.

A little about me, I love music, being outdoors, and making friends of all stripes. I have been playing and performing music for as long as I can remember. It is a huge part of my life. 

When I first started to look into massage work, it was to help my husband. He is an Army veteran and deals with chronic pain due to injuries sustained in war. I wanted to be able to find ways to help him beyond pain medication. Many people like my husband deal with Chronic pain and can't find relief. Massage therapy offers those stuck in a pain cycle a way forward.

As I've continued to grow and learn in massage work, I've also been blessed to work with new mothers. Being able to offer care to new mothers during this time is something I am incredibly passionate about!

When I'm not helping others with my work, I am probably hiking, spending time with my dog, rock climbing, or tending to my plants and garden. I am an avid reader and enjoy the challenge of learning new things. My latest joy is looking after my adorable new grandson!
