Root & Bloom Therapy-

Kathryn Orr

This is a healing space for anyone who identifies as a mother at any stage of parenting. Your guilt, joy, fears, rage, regret and wins are welcome here.

I support women grappling with identity loss, scary thoughts, and relationship with body in pregnancy, postpartum and motherhood. With an emphasis on warmth, authentic connection and non-judgement, I hold space for you to heal the emotional wounds of trauma and loss that often shape challenges in mothering.

Mimi Bachman Therapy-

Mimi Bauchman

We thrive in relationship with others, and therapy is a space to cultivate a deep, unique relationship focused solely on that: your healing and thriving. Your healing matters.

Contrary to what the world tries to tell you, you don't need "fixing." You need a space to be able to fall apart and then come back together more alive and whole, and you don't have to do it alone. Dare I say, it's not possible to do it alone.
