A new 501(c)(3) in the KC area that supports parents', non-gestational parents', and caregivers' well-being. By networking with organizations and providers across Kansas and Missouri we are working to improve community services and bring more resources to you: more support groups, lactation and feeding support, food assistance, childcare options and more.

Luia Wellness

Holistic nutrition and health coaching for mind, body, and soul wellness in motherhood. 

Sacred Circle

A women's circle that gathers to share, empower, and connect. Within this nurturing space, participants engage in deep personal reflection and community building through heart-centered sharing, journaling, and ceremony.  Meets monthly around the full moon. 

Moms Support Group

A bi-weekly gathering of moms to build community and connection in an inclusive, welcoming, and uplifting environment. Come as you are, sweatpants and mom bun encouraged, children are welcome to attend. Every other Friday, 2:00pm.
